At Yamkas we want to ensure that your experience is as good as possible. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt at your delivery address.


Please note that Yamkas does not process any charges until your product has been shipped. If you want to cancel an order before this happens, please contact us as soon as possible.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened and undamaged (if applicable).

Returning your product

If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer service representative by email at info@yamkas.com A product may only be returned if arranged in advance with an employee of our team. In case of damage, we will gladly replace the product for you as soon as the original product has been returned to us and inspected. You must inform us that you want to return it within 14 days of receiving your product. After our permission, you must return the product to us within another 14 days.

If your product is damaged on delivery, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your product. You can use the email address above to inform us of the damage (with photos). Once you have returned the item to us, we will inspect it and send a replacement (if applicable).

What to do with faulty goods

If you have received a damaged product, take photos immediately. Make sure your products are securely packed before returning to us and, after consultation with customer service, return your product to us for further inspection.


If a refund and return of the product has been requested and approved by us, a Yamkas representative will inspect the product to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved by the inspection, a refund will be made in the form of a retail credit or, if possible, through your initial payment method.
